At HydroJug, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please follow the guidelines below to understand how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition received
Include the original packaging, tags, parts, and all materials intact
Pass inspection by our HydroJug team confirming it is suitable for resale

Returns lacking original packaging or showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Items purchased as final sale or clearance
Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase. To do so, contact us immediately at foqorj@gmail.com. After this window, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Returning Your Items

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from what you ordered, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately at foqorj@gmail.com. We will act promptly to address the issue.
