Order Approval and Processing

At HydroJug, every order you submit undergoes a thorough review before approval to ensure accuracy and protect against fraud. We reserve the right to restrict, cancel, or reject any order based on limited stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once approved, your order will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated automatically and shown during checkout.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, orders enter automated fulfillment and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact HydroJug customer care within 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to start the return process.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Please email HydroJug customer care at foqorj@gmail.com to obtain it.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

When using the HydroJug website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are prohibited:

HydroJug makes every effort to present accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and imagery for its products, which include Accessories, Can Coolers, Coffee Travelers, Ease2o, PR Boxes, Everyday Tumblers, Insulated Shakers, and Pro Jug V2 items. However, errors or discrepancies may occur. All sales are subject to final confirmation of stock and price.
