Order Processing at HydroJug

HydroJug ensures careful processing of every order to facilitate timely delivery. Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. During major holidays or special promotions, processing times may extend beyond this range.

Shipping Timeframe

After your order departs HydroJug’s fulfillment center, delivery within the United States typically takes between 7-12 business days. Actual delivery time depends on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, and unexpected delays such as weather or transit disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your order specifics and displayed at checkout for your review prior to purchase completion.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package ships, HydroJug will email you tracking details. Please allow a brief period for carrier tracking systems to reflect the shipment status before monitoring your delivery online.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase to prevent shipment processing. To do so, contact HydroJug promptly at lukasotiz0@gmail.com. Cancellations past this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted if initiated within 14 days after delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After HydroJug receives and inspects the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
